Reservation Policy

•	Hawaii Hotel & State Tax - 13.416%
•	A one-night deposit required when reservations are taken
•	72 hours cancellation notice required for refunds. Multiple reservations are subject to a longer cancellation notice
•	Guests who do not show up will be charged full price
•	Check in after 3:00 P.M. / Check out 12:00 noon
•	No charge for children 12 years of age and under when occupying the same room as their parents
•	Maximum occupancy per room is 3 for Deluxe Ocean Front Rooms and 4 for other room categories
