Every day between 5:30 p.m.- 7p.m. Moku O Hawaii Canoe Clubs practice in Hilo Bay. Races are usually scheduled on Saturdays during the season at Hilo Bay. Excellent viewing of the races and practice sessions can be seen from the Hilo Bay front which is an easy 10 minutes walk from the resort. Pick your favorite team, and cheer them on.
